Eyelash Tutorial

Written by Janet Carroll

Eyelash Instructions:

People ask me all the time about my eyelashes so I’m happy to pass on what I do.

  • Buy from Amazon:
  • DUO Strip Eyelash Adhesive for Strip Lashes, Dark Tone. The box has PINK  The dark color dries to look like eyeliner.
  • Ardell Duralash Short Black Flare Trio Lashes (medium length are really long!!)
  • Needle Nose Tweezers (no teeth).
  • A magnifying mirror is a must for me.
  • Squirt a SMALL amount of adhesive on something (I tear off a little Kleenex);
  • Pick up the eyelashes with the tweezers & dip the adhesive end lightly onto the DUO adhesive;
  • I place the lashes behind the base of my eyelashes, not directly on the eyelid (the junction of the lash and the eyelid). Lashes grow fast and this helps them last longer.
  • Let them dry in place – you may have to support them with your tweezer sometimes until they set. I usually try to fan them lightly to speed up the drying.
  • Then I dip a toothpick into the adhesive to use like eyeliner. The lashes stay on better & look nicer (to me).
  • Touch them up whenever they come loose (more adhesive with the toothpick or replace the lash). Change the full set when needed.  I don’t get them wet in the shower – the adhesive gets gummy.

FORMOSTAR™ INFRARED BODYWRAP TREATMENTS GETS YOU REAL BENEFITS & RESULTS!

Written by Stephanie Florin

original article provided by FORMOSTAR™

How the Formostar Infrared Body Wrap Treatment Works

The core temperature of our body is 37 degrees Celsius and constantly reduces toward the outside. Consequently, the outer areas of the body tend to be around 10 degrees Celsius colder and this is where excess fat is typically deposited.

In order to achieve body toning, it is necessary to undergo sustained cardiovascular exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes, 3 to 4 times per week. During exercise, the body temperature rises and sweat is generated as the body attempts to cool itself. At the same time, the heart works harder pumping blood at a greater rate to boost circulation. Heart rate, cardiac output, and metabolic rate increase, while diastolic blood pressure drops, improving overall cardiovascular fitness and burning off fat deposits.
