I knew very little about the process before my appointment with Tammi! She educated me on this process and how it assists in recovery as well as other purposes. I love that the folks here knows their peers strengths and willingly send you to another therapist if your need isn't in their wheelhouse! I love VL and the different health options brought to th! Testimonial for Amber's Cryofacial: I have rosacea, the type of rosacea I have is mild. My checks, nose and chin are always red. I've also started to get texture (bumps, and mini spider veins) on my checks and forehead. When activated by too much sun or the wrong products, my skin will burn and turn brighter red. It then takes a long time to calm down. Facials are one of the things that can cause this reaction. However, Amber convinced me to try her CryoFascial, and I'm glad she did! Not only did it feel good, but the redness that is always in my face seemed less pronounced and the texture of my skin improved. I cannot wait to see how much my skin improves over time!

I had a lymphatic massage today with Tammi and she did an amazing job!!!! I have a desk job so I sit for 9 hours a day, sometimes straight through, without realizing it. I am also terrible at drinking enough water...all things that are my fault, I know. I am not good at taking care of myself AT ALL. Life just gets in the way. I've also been having some swelling in my legs from prolonged sitting, and just overall feeling sluggish, so Tammi worked her magic and did some manual lymphatic drainage techniques on me and I feel amazing! Incorporating essential oils and some warm stones on my legs....it was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. Lol! Another FANTASTIC job by the folks at Vital Living! They are ABSOLUTELY worth checking out! Reasonably priced with exceptional service!

Jo is flippin' AMAZING! I carry all my stress in my neck and shoulders and then it goes straight to my hips. I have had a thickening of the area where the bottom of my neck meets the top of my back. I thought it was 100% postural and that is just the way my spine was. After the treatment, the thickening was gone and my neck was thinner??? HOLY CATS! Turns out that all that "thickening" was actually muscle that was super tight and my chronic migraine was non existent for the first time in 2 weeks. LOVE HER!

I had a iTeraCare Lightwave Cell Therapy 1 hour appt with Saghi. It followed my 1 hour massage appointment. This was different than anything I had experienced before. Saghi put me at ease and explained the treatment, as well as advised to ask questions and stop at any point in time. She was confident and kind during the treatment. She stopped to ask me how I was doing and if I had any experiences such as visions etc. I did have a vision at 1 point in time. It was very pleasant. I was relaxed and calm during the treatment and the rest of the day. I was so relaxed the rest of the day, I felt like I wished most days could be like this. Saghi is amazing, kind and very knowledgeable on spiritual and psychological effects these treatments have on ones body and mind. I followed her direction on drinking spring water for that day and the next. My body felt light and relaxed. looking forward to another experience like this one....Maybe even better.

I’ve used the infrared wraps both for weight loss and to decrease inflammation in my joints (while training for races/competition/sprint triathlon). They were helpful with my recovery. The room was quiet and relaxing; I was able to either listen to a podcast or catch-up on a nap. Teila checked-in on me regularly and offered me water. When using the LED Photo-Facial, she made sure I understood the process, answered questions thoroughly, and attended to my needs so that I was comfortable and able to relax during the session. I LOVE how infrared contributes to my overall wellness!

My son has issues with deep muscle pain. He plays sports and grows a lot each year. He came in for a visit and left with legs that felt much better, so much better his exact words were “this must be what God feelings like every morning”. Needless to say, it was worth the visit. She provided so much information to use for steps to properly stretch muscles and suggested the use of “k” tape. We will be back for sure!

AS A NOTE, WHEN I FIRST SIGNED UP FOR THE MASSAGE AND WAS TOLD TO GO TO THE WEBSITE TO DOWNLOAD THE FORMS, I WAS CONFUSED AS TO WHICH FORMS I WAS SUPPOSED TO FILL OUT. I FILLED OUT THE ONES THAT MADE SENSE TO ME FOR WHAT I WAS RECEIVING, BUT WAS UNSURE ABOUT IT. A SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO INCLUDE WHICH FORMS TO FILL OUT IN THE REGISTRATION EMAIL.

Saghi has helped me in multiple ways. The best being her Iterra Care treatment. I highly recommend this for EVERYONE. # 1 it's extremely relaxing and has immediate results. From what I understand, the wand (which uses warm heat over your body) has quartz crystals inside that are able to penetrate deep into your body on a cellular lever and activate healthy, healing, and detoxes your body from stagnant old, dormant cells that are useless and harmful for your body. I have done 30 minute sessions for gut issues, pain and for alleviating sore, tight muscle pain and joint pain. I have NEVER been disappointed with these treatments.
