I had a lymphatic massage today with Tammi and she did an amazing job!!!! I have a desk job so I sit for 9 hours a day, sometimes straight through, without realizing it. I am also terrible at drinking enough water...all things that are my fault, I know. I am not good at taking care of myself AT ALL. Life just gets in the way. I've also been having some swelling in my legs from prolonged sitting, and just overall feeling sluggish, so Tammi worked her magic and did some manual lymphatic drainage techniques on me and I feel amazing! Incorporating essential oils and some warm stones on my legs....it was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. Lol! Another FANTASTIC job by the folks at Vital Living! They are ABSOLUTELY worth checking out! Reasonably priced with exceptional service!

Tammi is an excellent massage therapist. She is very professional, knowledgeable about lymphatic massage, and an excellent teacher. She has a desire to meet the needs of her client. She skillfully uses every second of the scheduled time for the benefit of the client. I like the way she conveyed that immediately and made an immediate connection with me. She is 6 stars out of a possible 5 on my rating scale. i highly recommend her.
