We want to offer our gratitude to our clients for being understanding during our temporary closure in observance of the COVID-19 pandemic.  As of Tuesday, May 12th, we are open.  As you can imagine we will still be working diligently to preserve the health of both staff and clients. This means a few changes and requests regarding upcoming appointments.  As always, we care about your health & well-being and feel this is the best option for everyone.

As a community, we will continue to navigate this pandemic together.  This means that our processes may change over time and require flexibility as we figure out our new "norm." 

Here are a few changes you can expect:

1) More questions. We may ask you over the phone if you have had any symptoms of COVID-19 or potential contact with someone suspected of or diagnosed with, COVID-19. We may ask clients who have tested positive for COVID-19 to have a physician release and a test result of negative before attending your massage.  We may also ask you travel-related questions.

2) Cancellations & Reschedules. If you do experience any symptoms of being sick PLEASE STAY HOME!  Please be respectful to both our staff and other clients' health and DO NOT COME IN. Call us as soon as you know and we will make proper arrangements for your appointment to be cancelled.

3) Stay in Your Car.  Do not come in, our doors will be locked.  Call us from your car upon your arrival.  We will notify you when your service provider is ready for you. 

For Gift Card purchases, call from the parking lot and we'll provide curbside pickup.

For retail purchases, call upon your arrival.  A mask is required to enter.  We prefer you to supply your own, however, we can provide you with a mask for $1.00. If you would prefer not to come inside, curbside pickup is also available for retail purchases.

4) Your Temperature checked at the door.  If you come in sick, have a temperature of 99.0ºF or above, or are "getting over something", we will send you home.

5) Masks & Gloves.  You will see our staff wearing masks and possibly gloves, etc. while you are here.  Clients are also REQUIRED TO WEAR MASKS.  We prefer you to supply your own, however, we can provide you with a mask for $1.00 upon your arrival.

6) Scheduling Your Next Appointment.  At this time, we will not be handling scheduling at the Front Desk.  If you know that you have a future appointment that needs to be changed, or if you need to schedule out, you can ask your therapist during your session, make changes over the phone, or through our website – www.VLmassage.com  -- which is accessible 24/7.

7) Paying for Your Appointment. Credit Cards or Check Preferred for your service and gratuity.  However, service providers will still be accepting cash tips.

8) Hours of Operation. Our new, temporary hours are as follows:

MONDAY:  10a - 5p  |  TUESDAY:  10a - 6:30p

WEDNESDAY:  10a - 5p  |  THURSDAY:  10a - 6:30p   

FRIDAY:  10a - 3:30p  |  SATURDAY:  10a - 4p
