I've stayed fairly active, but there are a few areas where I've noticed persistent weight. As I've gotten older, these areas that were a bit "extra" have transformed. I've started to understand why some people seem to become more sculpted as they age. Curves give way to lumps and cellulite, and my problem areas have become a bit more saggy and uneven.
I decided to pursue sculpting to address these concerns. We discussed my responsibilities and expectations: identifying what's too minor to treat and what is realistically achievable. Amber was patient with my goals, open to feedback, kind, supportive, and genuinely concerned about the outcomes. She also made sure to remind me of what I needed to do to support the process.
The end result is subtle but beneficial. I'm less focused on losing weight to change my shape—I've realized it doesn't work. Instead, I'm happy with my shape and can be more realistic about my weight.
