I cannot say enough good things about the Equiscope treatment with Danae at Vital Living Integrative WellSpa. I went in yesterday because I was dealing with severe muscle spasms and pain from a recent injury. The spasms had been intense, my pain level was staying high, and everyday movements like walking, sitting, and getting up from a reclined position were becoming difficult. Within minutes of my Equiscope session, I noticed a significant difference. Since my treatment, I have not experienced a single unprovoked muscle spasm. My pain level has decreased enough that I am no longer doubling up on Tylenol and Advil. Instead, I am only needing one or the other at the six-hour mark. Today, walking and sitting have been noticeably easier, and I am able to roll and get up from reclined positions with much less discomfort. The improvement in just 24 hours has been remarkable. If you have pain or mobility issues, see Danae. She uses the equiscope and it works. The first visit it took my knee pain away. The second visit it took inflammation away. Today I could get on the floor and vacuum under furniture:) It’s non painful and relaxing. She works with you and is super nice. You can have more than one area worked on. I had knees and shoulder.

Danae is so very warm and welcoming. I have done a few Equiscope treatments (for tooth and nerve pain) and have felt the relief and just a clearer sense of being afterwards. The sessions themselves are extremely relaxing for me and find the gentle vibrations and frequency sounds calming. Today she helped me with ADHD symptoms and 30 minutes later I am feeling more grounded and less foggy. I highly recommend that you try this!

All other massages are now ruined for me. This was by far the best, most productive massage I have ever had in my life! I walked out of there moving so much more freely! The tightness in my muscles has relaxed and I seriously think am standing taller. I have had massages at other places and it was relaxing, but I was still stiff and sore afterwards. Honestly, I can relax at home. When I get a massage I want to notice it helping my movements, and that's exactly what I received at Vital Living. Sign me up, I am coming back for more!

I've stayed fairly active, but there are a few areas where I've noticed persistent weight. As I've gotten older, these areas that were a bit "extra" have transformed. I've started to understand why some people seem to become more sculpted as they age. Curves give way to lumps and cellulite, and my problem areas have become a bit more saggy and uneven. I decided to pursue sculpting to address these concerns. We discussed my responsibilities and expectations: identifying what's too minor to treat and what is realistically achievable. Amber was patient with my goals, open to feedback, kind, supportive, and genuinely concerned about the outcomes. She also made sure to remind me of what I needed to do to support the process. The end result is subtle but beneficial. I'm less focused on losing weight to change my shape—I've realized it doesn't work. Instead, I'm happy with my shape and can be more realistic about my weight.

I feel very welcome when I come in and Stephanie is a very good fit for me. Stephanie makes sure I am comfortable throughout the massage and the quality of her "work" is fantastic. Love the room, the warm table and the "quiet" level of music. (And I like the Norwex towels in the bathroom! ??) Scheduling appointments is very easy and she starts on time. I am aware of the referral policy. In fact, my first massage was a gift from my daughter. I think my daughter chose well! I especially liked looking at the bios of each therapist on-line.
