	I’ve used the infrared wraps both for weight loss and to decrease inflammation in my joints (while training for races/competition/sprint triathlon). They were helpful with my recovery. The room was quiet and relaxing; I was able to either listen to a podcast or catch-up on a nap. Teila checked-in on me regularly and offered me water. When using the LED Photo-Facial, she made sure I understood the process, answered questions thoroughly, and attended to my needs so that I was comfortable and able to relax during the session. I LOVE how infrared contributes to my overall wellness!
