My doctor recommended using an infrared sauna for detoxing from my heavy metal poisoning. A friend mentioned the medical grade infrared body wraps at Vital Living Well Spa. I decided to try them and noticed instant body wide pain relief from my Lyme disease as well. I have decided to keep using them as part of my medical treatment plan. Testimonial for Amber's Cryofacial: I have rosacea, the type of rosacea I have is mild. My checks, nose and chin are always red. I've also started to get texture (bumps, and mini spider veins) on my checks and forehead. When activated by too much sun or the wrong products, my skin will burn and turn brighter red. It then takes a long time to calm down. Facials are one of the things that can cause this reaction. However, Amber convinced me to try her CryoFascial, and I'm glad she did! Not only did it feel good, but the redness that is always in my face seemed less pronounced and the texture of my skin improved. I cannot wait to see how much my skin improves over time!

I had a radio frequency wrinkle eraser treatment with Amber. Amber explained the procedure. During the treatment Amber was checking in with me making sure I was comfortable, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I felt very comfortable with Amber, she was professional, friendly Concerned with my well being.

(Infrared BodyWrap) I loved everything about my visit. Amber was so kind and helpful. Coming into a new place, with a new experience, can be intimidating but I immediately felt at ease. The room I was in was comfortable and being able to watch TV while "wrapped" up was a lovely distraction. It was the perfect ending to my Friday/week! I was told all about the benefits of my treatment as well as the referral process, and I am planning to buy my sister a gift certificate for Christmas. Also, I have rescheduled myself for another infrared session! The price point is very reasonable and I look forward to my next treatment.

To add to this, the infrared treatment itself was not only therapeutic, it was healing. I was originally most excited about this being a weight loss opportunity, but as an added bonus, I had been having some very uncomfortable low back pain from a gym strain, and just general sore muscles. The next day following my treatment, I woke up with absolutely no muscle/joint/back pain! I felt great!
