My first medical massage by Jo. I needed to fill out several pages of medical history so that she could get a good feel of my history. Excellent, I feel sore in several spots but loosened up after a couple days. Going back in 6 weeks for another loosening up.

I have had wonderful experiences with Jo for deep tissue massage as well as my appointment yesterday with Tammi! I recently had surgery and needed lymphatic drainage to assist with my recovery. I knew very little about the process before my appointment with Tammi! She educated me on this process and how it assists in recovery as well as other purposes. I love that the folks here knows their peers strengths and willingly send you to another therapist if your need isn't in their wheelhouse! I love VL and the different health options brought to th! Everyone at Vital Living is great! I always feel welcome when I'm there. The space is quiet and cozy with smiling faces there to greet you. The massage therapists, especially Stephanie and Jo, are very knowledgable to help you work on your goals. My hips are feeling much better after 3 sessions, however, I know we still have a lot of work ahead of us. I'm looking forward to trying the Infrared BodyWrap soon!

Had an amazing time with the StressEase Lymphatic Fusion treatment here. From the get-go, the staff made me feel comfortable, welcome and valued. The treatment itself was outstanding. The mix of lymphatic drainage, hot stones and essential oils was amazing. I felt lighter, more relaxed, and surprisingly energized after. Props to the VL team for their attention to detail. The New Client discount and Referral Program is nice too! For anyone seeking a way to chill out and recharge, this is it. Highly recommend trying it out.

We both seem to have similar view points on many topics. I felt very comfortable during my session. The room was very relaxing and just the right temperature. The quality of the service was top notch. I felt like she understood what I was asking for and what i needed. Scheduling my appointment was so easy. The booking portion on the website was very user friendly. I was definitely sore when i left. I knew I would be from being so tight. I would definitely return to Vital Living and I would recommend friends and family. My hips have felt so much better. When walking barefooted, I feel grounded. My left shoulder has had increased mobility, but the right is still quite tight. It still hurts through my scapula/ shoulder blade and into my neck. Jo did warn me that I choose my 5. I’m not sore, so I think I found my 5. I just need another 60 minutes.

Having more than one therapist working on you is more than a luxury it is a necessity. Some things can be done by two like a cross body stretch that just isn’t possible with one person treating you. If you want heaven on earth then schedule an appointment for co-treatment. You are worth it!!!

No one has been able to get certain stubborn muscles to release quite like she has and I felt a world of relief after my first session. Jo is flippin' AMAZING! I carry all my stress in my neck and shoulders and then it goes straight to my hips. I have had a thickening of the area where the bottom of my neck meets the top of my back. I thought it was 100% postural and that is just the way my spine was. After the treatment, the thickening was gone and my neck was thinner??? HOLY CATS! Turns out that all that "thickening" was actually muscle that was super tight and my chronic migraine was non existent for the first time in 2 weeks. LOVE HER!

My massage with Jo was therapeutic. Jo was friendly and professional. She asked about my body and any specific areas for help with tension and pain. Jo had the ability to hone in right away on my tense tight shoulders and upper back. My only complaint is that I wish I had booked 90 minutes instead of 60. Thank you Jo!
