I have been going to Vital Living for a number of years and would highly recommend them to everyone. These massage therapists have extensive training in medical massage therapy and don't just give an "off the shelf" massage, but take their time to learn about my specific issues and truly customize their techniques to fit my unique situation. I have a lot of systemic inflammation and nerve issues that stem from health problems, so getting a massage can be challenging. But the therapists at VL are very well-trained to work with those health issues to help my body relax and heal. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially if you have chronic pain or stiffness and just want to feel better! Their new Leo location is very quaint and extremely convenient!! And their prices are very affordable! I highly recommend their hot stone massage! ??

Stephanie did a wonderful job giving me a therapeutic massage. She explained about what she was doing as we went and answered my questions throughly. She is very knowledgeable and very skilled at what she does. She knew exactly how much pressure to apply and what needed to be massaged. I was sore after but in good way. I feel very welcome when I come in and Stephanie is a very good fit for me. Stephanie makes sure I am comfortable throughout the massage and the quality of her "work" is fantastic. Love the room, the warm table and the "quiet" level of music. (And I like the Norwex towels in the bathroom! ??) Scheduling appointments is very easy and she starts on time. I am aware of the referral policy. In fact, my first massage was a gift from my daughter. I think my daughter chose well! I especially liked looking at the bios of each therapist on-line. It looks like you have quality therapists at Vital Living and I will continue to use your services. I visit your Leo location and like that I do not feel as if I am a "number" and that I am not being rushed. Stephanie is a delight. She is a beautiful women with a heart of gold. Thank you. I’m happy to say, that I feel seeing Stephanie this time for my pain; I’m currently not on narcotics five days post op. Stephanie has helped me be able to keep working . I have very tight muscles in my neck, shoulders and lower back. There has been several times that I was not moving very well because of the stiffness. After she worked on me it released my pain and stiffness . She is thorough all while makes sure she is addressing the issues you bring up. The whole staff is always so kind and helpful. There have been times when I walked in the office in terrible pain and walked out with relief. I may never have complete pain reief, but am thankful for any relief that I have gotten. I received a medical massage on my neck and shoulders. This time, I didn't feel any differently after the massage except a bit more relaxed. Previously when Stephanie worked on my lower back and hips, I had a tremendous relief of the usual pain and sciatic pain that I had been experiencing. This week, my neck is starting to spasm, so I will need to get some more attention to that area in the near future.
