By using this website ("Service") you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") with Vital Living Integrative WellSpa - Federal ID# 20-8900475.

Vital Living Integrative WellSpa reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service without notice.


New Clients

Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment time to fill out the needed paperwork. Failure to do so decreases the time the massage therapist, esthetician or spa associate is able to provide for your service. If you are coming with other parties, please let them know to arrive early as well.

Covid Information:

As you can imagine we are working diligently to preserve the health of both staff and clients. As a community, we will continue to weather this pandemic together.  This means that our processes may change over time and require flexibility as we navigate the twists and turns that Covid-19 throws at us.  We are grateful for your understanding, especially when we're short-staffed and hours are inconvenient.

 Here are a few changes you can expect:

1) More questions. We may ask you if you have had any symptoms of COVID-19 or potential contact with someone suspected of or diagnosed with, COVID-19.  The Delta variant has cold-like symptoms unlike the other strains of Covid-19. A new marker is earache/ear infections.

2) Masks are again required for everyone entering the building.

2) Cancellations & Reschedules. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness PLEASE STAY HOME!  Please be respectful to both our staff and other clients' health and DO NOT COME IN. Call us as soon as you know and we will make arrangements for your appointment to be rescheduled.

3) Stay in Your Car.  We find it has worked really well for distancing to call us from your car upon your arrival.  We will notify you when your service provider is ready for you. Only clients with appointments or customers purchasing retail/gift certificates will be in the building.

For Gift Card purchases, call from the parking lot and we'll greet you to come inside or provide curbside pickup.

For retail purchases, call upon your arrival.  We've just gone back to mask requirements.  If you would prefer not to come inside, curbside pickup is also available for retail purchases.

3) Scheduling Your Next Appointment.  At this time, to promote distancing at the Front Desk, your therapist will reschedule you after your session; we can certainly help you over the phone, or you can schedule through our website – www.VLmassage.com  -- which is accessible 24/7.

4) Paying for Your Appointment. We will keep your Credit Card on file, but you may use any form of payment, including your HSA. 

5) Hours of Operation. Bear with us as our business hours vary depending upon which massage therapists are here and their hours.  We are in the process of hiring so send possible leads our way.

9) Enhanced Disinfection.  We use a minimum of three (3) types of germicidal cleansers.  All are medical grade.  MPale is a spray that we spray on all high-touch surfaces monthly.  It is an electrostatic type of disinfectant that kills COVID-19 and a multitude of pathogens for up to 30 days.  Microban is a powerful disinfectant that kills COVID-19 and other pathogens for 24 hours and is used on multiple surfaces between clients or at the end of the day.  PDI Super Sani-Cloth Wipes, another powerful disinfectant, kills COVID-19 and a host of other pathogens within two (2) minutes and are used to wipe down surfaces between clients.  In addition, Proprietary Essential Oil Room Sprays are sprayed at intervals throughout the day.  Along with wearing masks, we strive to maintain a healthy environment for all of our staff, clients, and customers.   

Rescheduling/Cancellations and Missed Appointments

  • You will receive an email reminder 3 days prior to your appointment and a courtesy text message reminder 2 days before your service.
  • If your reserved appointment is not good for you, a 48 hour online cancellation is required, as well as, for appointments of two hours or more, or parties of two or more.
  • A 24 hour notice is acceptable for individual client appointments but you must CALL. The purpose of our policy is to give clients on our waiting list an opportunity to be scheduled.
  • Rescheduling the day of your appointment will result in a $25 charge. Same day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged for the full service.

Tardiness

Since our therapists and esthetician work within a structured schedule, we ask that you arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. We will only be able to provide you with the remaining time reserved for your service. You will be responsible for payment of the full service reserved.

Return Policy

All purchases are final and no returns will be accepted.

Cell Phones

For the comfort of all of our Vital Living clients, please turn off or put your cell phone on vibrate in the clinic/spa area.

Minor’s Policy

Vital Living WellSpa treats clients of all ages. Minors under the age of 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian for treatment. Parents are welcomed to stay in the room during the treatment. In the event a minor is receiving a “couples massage” where two people are receiving massage therapy at the same time in the same room, a minor female may only be with another female, a minor male may be with their mother or father or another male. Under no circumstances is a minor female in the same room with a male of any age.

Children’s Policy

We try to provide a tranquil experience for all of our guests, and to children that translates into a really long boring time to sit quietly and they become restless (ie: normal kids). We ask that children only visit the clinic/spa when they are receiving services

Vital Living Gift Cards/Gift Certificates

We offer a variety of gifts perfect for any occasion. We will help you personalize a memorable experience for someone special. Please note: Gift Cards are non-refundable but they are transferable; Purchases for Spa Packages (multiple same day services) can only be used by a single person and cannot be split between people; Spa Package services must be all used in the same day to receive the full discounted promotional value. If services are separated, they revert to the original price and are deducted from the purchase price.

Communicating Your Preferences

All aspects of treatment can usually be modified to your taste: amount of light, kind (or absence) of relaxation music, room temperature, and whether or not you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. If you want your therapist to work deeper or be gentler, let him or her know. Also, feel free to ask questions. Your therapist will appreciate knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have. If any part of your experience is unsatisfactory, please tell your therapist – they truly desire to provide you with superb service. We have several therapists; you are free to schedule consistently with one therapist or to work with different therapists. If your expectations are not met, please speak with Janet,Vital Living owner. We strive to exceed your expectations and make your Vital Living experience exceptional – you are very important to us.

Gratuities

Gratuities are not included in the price of the service, except for Spa Packages. Gratuities are always appreciated but never required. Between 15% and 20% is customary, but you may of course leave more or less. For your convenience, your tip may be added to your check or credit card.

We Ask For a Credit Card to Guarantee Your Appointment

We require a credit card number to reserve all appointments. Your card will only be charged if you fail to cancel your reservation 48 hours in advance or don’t show for your appointments. We appreciate your cooperation as multiple therapists may be involved.

Payment Methods

Because Vital Living WellSpa is categorized as “healthcare/medical” you are able to use your HSA, FSA, Benny card, etc. We also accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa and American Express cards. Our credit card machine is EMV compatible which provides you with the highest level of security.

Referral Policy

Referring our services to others is the ultimate expression of appreciation for your therapist and the benefit you have received. We value that so highly that for every referral, we’ll deposit up to a $20 credit into your Vital Living Referral Account for future use. You may redeem up to $20 per visit and apply it toward any service, excluding waxing. You can receive massage, facials or infrared wraps at discounted prices all year if you want! Or it’s a great opportunity to try something new. Credit may only be redeemed for services and may not be combined with any other discount offer. Credit may not be transferred to another user and must be used within 6 months.

Returned Checks

A $30.00 processing fee will be applied to all returned checks. We do however appreciate check payments as they keep our credit card fees down.



Account Terms

This page contains the most current version of the Terms of Service.

  • Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted and will be removed.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs from your account.
  • You agree that Vital Living Integrative WellSpa can send you booking reminders, relevant information and other marketing via phone, SMS and/or email. You can opt out of any marketing.
  • You must not post or submit false information to the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Vital Living Integrative WellSpa cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • You must not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not use this Service to violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.
  • Vital Living Integrative WellSpa has the right to suspend or terminate your account, refuse any current or future use of the Service, or any other Vital Living Integrative WellSpa service, for any reason.
  • Violation of any of the terms or general conditions may result in the termination of your Account.
  • In the event that you breach these Terms of Service, or act in a way that puts the Service or any individual at risk, Vital Living Integrative WellSpa has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Vital Living Integrative WellSpa service. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation of your Account.

Cancellation Rates

  • Less than 24 hours notice before the booking will forfeit the full booking fee.
A cancellation does not automatically refund payment of products or services. Any amount not subject to the cancellation fee, is credited towards your account balance at Vital Living Integrative WellSpa.

 

Modifications to Services and Prices

  • Vital Living Integrative WellSpa reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
  • Prices of all Services are subject to change with or without notice.
  • Vital Living Integrative WellSpa shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Vouchers

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Unused vouchers cannot be transferred between clients.
  • Purchases containing multiple vouchers can only be used by a single person and cannot be split between people.
  • Vouchers are valid for 60 months from the date of purchase.

Fees

  • Credit card security is implemented using secure SSL encryption on all transactions and processed using a secure, trusted, PCI compliant payment gateway and used by Vital Living Integrative WellSpa for payment processing.
  • All fees and transactions are in United States Dollars.

General Conditions

  • Your use of this website is at your sole risk. The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the website, use of the website, or access to the website without the express written permission by Vital Living Integrative WellSpa.
  • Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Vital Living Integrative WellSpa customer, employee, member, staff, officer or external contractor will result in immediate account termination.
  • You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  • You understand that Vital Living Integrative WellSpa uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run.
  • Vital Living Integrative WellSpa does not warrant that (i) the website will meet your specific requirements, (ii) the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the website will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, websites, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the website will be corrected.
  • You expressly understand and agree that Vital Living Integrative WellSpa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Vital Living Integrative WellSpa has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the website; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the website; (iii) unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the website; (v) or any other matter relating to the website.
  • The failure of Vital Living Integrative WellSpa to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of website shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
  • You expressly understand and agree that Vital Living Integrative WellSpa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential loss, loss or corruption of data or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss resulting from the use or the inability to use the website or the Service.
