I just wanted to thank you for the information on Psoas you posted. I haven’t read Liz Koch’s book but I definitely shall!
I’ve believed that my psoas muscles have been the root of all my problems (digestion, breathing difficulties, circulation, hip pain, ankle pain etc etc) for some time and seen countless articles. Your’s describes things perfectly and my main takeaway is to just listen to the body. After resting for 5 minutes all I want to do is shake (I could really do for hours, especially before bed) but have stopped myself as I imagine it would irritate my girlfriend!
