Jo is a professional Massage Therapist with 20+ years of experience. She has the honor of being a graduate of Irene's Myomassology Institute, the oldest and largest massage school in the Midwest. In addition, she has learned with the best at the Colorado Center for Healing Touch, Upledger Institute, and the USUI System of Natural Healing.
Her approach is integrative of various modalities for the best possible result and she specializes in deeper, targeted, therapeutic work. She is an excellent resource and is very helpful in treating chronically hard-to-release areas and getting results -- including, glutes/hamstrings, pecs/shoulders, neck/forward head posture, and carpal tunnel!
She is knowledgeable with a wide range of healing techniques that include but are not limited to: Swedish Massage, Healing Touch, Shamanic Illumination, Carpal Tunnel Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Prenatal and Infant Massage, Reflexology. Most recently she has worked with chiropractic patients so their physicians can adjust them more easily.
