In 1984, Tammi graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing -- initiating a dream to be part of the healing process.  She has worked in Maternal-Child, Pediatric, and Plastic Reconstructive Surgery.  She served as a proponent of health education in both school and community nursing. She, along with her husband, owned a small business for 11 years and then went back to school in 2014 to further her knowledge of wellness and massage therapy. While working for Parkview, she became a My WellBeing Champion, joined the American Holistic Nurses Association, and achieved board certification as a holistic nurse.

She is also now certified as a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist through NCBTMB. Growing up in a family of educators and healthcare workers has fueled her desire for continuing education so that she can support clients through their healing journey. She is grateful for advances in medical technology but believes that nothing can replace the healing power of human touch.
